SO 362

SO 362 (1963)

This model has been created for triphonic reproduction. A generous elliptic assumes, on the central channel, the bass register transcription, while 2 mid-tone / tweeters disposed at the extremities of the front panel diffuse the highest part of the spectrum. This triphonic sound is got thanks to an ingenious assembly of the output transformers ; indeed there is no particular channel dedicated to the low tone. The only weakness of this set is the ECL 86 used as output stage; a tube a bit fragile which has to be replaced from times to times.
